I recently bought GOSSIP GIRL: PSYCHO KILLER. In the spirit of PRIDE & PREJUDICE & ZOMBIES, Cecily von Ziegesar gives her own book a creepy rewrite (instead of waiting 200 years for someone else to make her classic more twisted).
Having suffered through the first two books, I’m looking forward to a murderous retelling. I mean, this way there’s the POSSIBILITY someone will kill Serena Van Der Woodsen instead of lavishing her with praise for being so great at everything despite having no discernible skills, interests, or talents. Oh and how she’s sooo pretty.
